Sandra Krempl

Sandra worked overseas in broadcasting, arts, culture, and education. She spent some years as a radio and TV presenter. Later Sandra directed cultural representations at international events such as World Expos. A ‘learning in the real situation’ curriculum Sandra developed for Papua New Guinea became a stepping-stone for localising the music industry and fostering home-grown hospitality, arts, and culture businesses.

In Australia, Sandra headed up several not-for-profit organisations and navigated them through challenging times. Her cultural planning method was delivered Australia-wide, supported by local, state, and federal governments. It enabled diverse voices from different backgrounds to be heard and included in local planning.

Whilst Sandra has a PhD in spirituality and environmental sustainability, she attributes some of her greatest learnings to her diverse cultural heritage, living and working with communities around the world, spending time in nature, and being immersed in universal wonder – her favourite God space.

Sandra is very excited to be part of an organisation that has friendship at its heart and as its mission.
