Special General Meeting

We invite all Members to attend the Special General Meeting on Saturday, 4 May 2024. Afternoon tea will be provided.

A lot is happening at GFS Perth!

This meeting is to provide general updates on what we’ve been doing, where we are now and the exciting plans for ‘Friendship Central’ at the West Swan Road, Swan Valley site moving forward.

We’ll also be sharing information on proposed changes to the constitution.

Location and Travel Suggestions

Loftus Recreation Centre is located at 99 Loftus Street in Leederville and has a large car park which often gets busy with weekend sports.

If you are travelling by train to the venue, there are two alternatives

• Option 1: Exit the train at Leederville station, walk across the footbridge, and continue along Oxford Street to the crossroads. Turn right to walk up Vincent Street until you come to another crossroads, turn left up Loftus Street and the recreation centre is on your left.

• Option 2: The second option is to depart the train at the Perth City underground station and catch a bus from the Busport Zone B to the recreation centre.
  • Catch Bus Route 402, Perth Busport Zone B
  • (Stop Number 27184) to Loftus Street, before Richmond Street (Stop number 12694)
  • 1:02 pm – 1:07 pm (5 mins)
