Growing Friends Society (GFS Perth) is a 140-year-old WA organisation stepping into its boldest chapter yet. We’re building Friendship Central in the Swan Valley, a social enterprise hub with a café, permaculture site, intergenerational programmes, and real, lasting community connection.

This full-time permanent role is the operational backbone of everything we do. You’ll coordinate our growing volunteer community, manage WHS and safeguarding systems, maintain compliance infrastructure, and support our CEO to keep Friendship Central running beautifully.
