Foundation Membership Application Form

By applying for Foundation Membership, I confirm that:

• I understand that Foundation Membership is a singular, pre-opening category that will not continue as an ongoing membership tier. While I will always hold the permanent title of Foundation Member in recognition of being part of the founding community, this category closes on opening day. From year two onwards I will be invited to select and transition into a standard GFS Perth membership tier to maintain my active membership benefits.
